Mr. Mark K. Gengozian (MKG, LLC) is an Independent Systems Consultant / Systems Specialist.  Mark has been educated and employed in the  Information Systems & Technology field for 35 years.  During Mr. Gengozian’s executive career, he has held positions as Director, VP, SVP, CTO and CIO.

As a senior executive, Mr. Gengozian has been the Lead Architect on 15 total system environments and sustaining operations.  Mark’s executive management talents, combined with his professional and technical skills are the result of directing & performing over 100 hardware, software, portfolio, database and communications conversions and implementations.

Mark attributes the success of his career by being engaged at every level of development and implementation of a project, working along side management, employee and contract technicians. 

Mark’s work ethic, dedication and leadership capabilities are very key elements to working with technical staff and senior management alike, always focused on the strategic mission.

Mark has managed, mentored and directed hundreds of employee and management staff throughout his career.

Currently, Mr. Gengozian is performing audit and remediation for IT Security, Sarbanes-Oxley/Section 404 "SOX 404 (a)&(b)", SAS-70/SSAE-16 and general IT Audit & Compliance.  Mark is leveraging his "systems & technical" know-how in the audit field, providing a unique approach on the "dos" and "don'ts" within operations and management of the technology infrastructures for many companies.

During the previous 4 years, Mark contracted in the Cable, Telephony and Leasing  industries  being  awarded

projects directing, managing, and implementing telephony and IP-based networks; to include, Toll-Free, Long Distance & Local infrastructures, VoIP & Database Conversions.

Mark is very knowledgeable to cost structures and budget analysis within these industries providing his customers with cost effective services and solutions. Mark’s efforts have saved millions of dollars within the expense structures, allowing his clients to increase their profit margins, at the same time increasing efficiency in their production operations.

Mr. Gengozian maintains a vast knowledge of hardware, software, network and communication systems ranging from the days of large IBM mainframe programming to the design and management of present day Open Systems Technologies and Internet-based environments.

During Mark’s first 10 years of his career with a Software Engineering firm, he was able to work within the manufacturing and engineering departments for many of the top Fortune 500 companies within the US and Canada.

Mr. Gengozian was educated at Manpower Business Training Institute -

- a Computer Technical & Business College located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Computer Science Degree).

Mark’s tour of duty with the Armed Forces 1971-1974 afforded him various positions serving with

 the elite Special Forces and Airborne Battalion Combat Team in Europe assigned to the Middle East Region.
